Congratulations and welcome to the team!

Your first days

The most important moments of your first day are meeting your team and, of course, building your own Zensei lego avatar to join the others in our cool lego office. The atmosphere in our human office is relaxed but professional and we want everyone to feel comfortable and motivated.

At this point you should already have your laptop and other important equipment you will need to start your journey with us. If you feel you are missing something, give your teammates a holler and they will help you sort it out. You can also use this guide to navigate the different benefits available.

When we hired you, we already discussed what the first project you will be working with would be. As we are a software consultancy house, the technologies you will be using may vary depending on the project and team you will be working with. This doesn't mean that we will throw you into a new project with confusing technologies on a whim - we rely on open, transparent communication and want everyone to be comfortable with the projects they are working with. You know your strengths and what kind of value you bring. That's why you are the single best person to decide what you should work on.

We as a team will help you with your onboarding. You already know the project you will be working with, and we will help you find the right information to get started. The onboarding process greatly depends on what way of learning works for you. You will soon notice that we don't have a specific list to follow with most things: everyone supports everyone and we trust that you will let us know what you need.
